Greg and Megan Sanders are the lead pastors at The Assembly. They have invested the last 20 years in leading people of all ages into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They desire that everyone discover God's plan and purpose for their lives. They're passionate about seeing each person become committed to Christ and His church. They desire to see His people functioning in their gifting and using their lives as ambassadors for Jesus. They are convinced that the best way to live this life is to live it for Jesus.
Megan has been the Worship Leader since October 2017. Megan was born in Penrith, New South Wales, Australia. She began leading worship twenty years ago in Chi Alpha, and still considers it a joy to lead people into the presence of their Heavenly Father. She enjoys painting/crafting and being a mommy to Stella and Norah.
David & Natalie Deblock
David and Natalie are both credential ministers with the Assembly God. They have 4 kids and 2 grandchildren. Living in Cabot for over 30 years, attending and serving at The Assembly since 1997, they both have enjoyed watching kids grow up their faith in Christ and develop into mature Christians fulfilling Gods plan for their lives. They both are passionate about God, kids and fulfilling their call in ministry.
Addison & Rachelle Rial
Addison and Rachelle along with their two kids (Liam and Olivia Kate), are Arkansans who grew up in Jacksonville and Beebe and love being back home. They served as youth pastors in NLR for 4 and a half years before pursuing missions work in Africa. Discipleship is very important to them. They are very excited to be serving at The Assembly and reaching Cabot and the surrounding community as they strive to develop Life-Long Followers of Christ. Addison has been on staff as the Student Pastor since March 2018!
Adam & Kristal Justice

Adam and Kristal have served in ministry together for 14 years. Kristal grew up serving at the Assembly as a student leader and considers it an honor to disciple this generation of children where she learned to love and be fully committed to Jesus. They, along with their children, Felicity and Henry, have a passion for seeing children and families committed to growing and serving Christ. Their goal is to present the gospel in a fun, engaging way that reaches every kid at every age and developmental level.
Kelly Giorgini joined The Assembly staff as the financial administrator in May of 2018. She and her husband, Jason, came to Arkansas because of a military transfer. They have been faithfully attending The Assembly since 2015.
